And the point of having this new baby is what exactly, Meg Ryan? If you can't even be bothered to carry her yourself and have a nanny do the work for you, just why did you adopt her? Meg might have picked up a few hundred Brownie points for the adoption itself, but the baby's not going to care too much about that when she's lying on an analyst's couch in 20 years time complaining about her distant mother. To give Angelina Jolie her dues, she always carries her children and makes sure they bond with her - even if it is to the point where they question why they have feet since they never touch the ground.

As for Angelina: she has her own nanny. And you don't know if she carries her kids all the time. Or do you spy on her 24/7?
Not to mention that you ignored the other pictures.
This whole concept of the rich and famous buying third world childen is fairly alarming. Does no one do a sanity check on the future parents anymore?
The use of nannies, or out-sourced parenthood as it could be called, is a tried and tested way of ensuring that the offspring of distant parents will be filling the couches of shrinks for years to come.
judging by the fact that the other woman is carrying the baby stuff and the baby, i'm guessing she's the nanny.
